Clues To Go   -     Cheltenham

Starting at the junction of The Promenade & the High Street the route then joins the wide boulevard that is The Promenade, heading towards Imperial Gardens. A diversion to Bayshill Road before returning to Montpellier Gardens & Montpellier Walk. The questions on the way relate to features both old Regency and contemporary in this area of the town.

The tree-lined Promenade & its Long Gardens is probably one of the finest  of its kind in the country & for this reason Cheltenham has been a 'Britain in Bloom' winner again & again. Therefore this route is a particularly good one to be completed on a sunny summer afternoon or evening, when the floral displays are at their best.

The route is wheelchair friendly all the way. There are half a dozen car parks to be found within a few hundred yards of the start of this route near St George's Rd & Imperial Square.

The area has its fair share of cafes, restaurants and bars to provide refreshment after the walk.
