Clues To Go    -    Sheffield City Centre

A walk starting from the Town Hall and its well laid out Peace Garden, full of various modern memorials to (yes) peace. Then a shortish journey along some of the victorian streets and passageways criss crossing the city centre, to Castle Square and finally to Fitzalan Square, and its fine statue of Edward VII.

If you are coming by car from east of the city, or approaching from the M1, then you may want to follow the signs for the Meadowhall shopping centre and park you car there, for free. You can then take the city's tram into town, disembarking  at City Hall.
